About Speaker : Mr. Vikramaditya has been working in the Litigation Team at Naik Naik and Company since the past two years. He currently deal with disputes relating to the Media and Entertainment Industry on a daily basis which include Intellectual Property disputes especially in respect of Copyrights, as well as other commercial matters. He has worked at an IP boutique firm in the past where he dealt with issues pertaining to IP protection and advisory including but not limited to filing, registration, and enforcement of Trade Marks and Copyrights. Mr. Vikramaditya has completed his Law graduation at DES Navalmal Firodia Law College (Fergusson College Campus) in Pune and has obtained diplomas in Intellectual property and Media Laws from Symbiosis Law School and NALSAR University of Law respectively. Copyright law has always been one of his key areas of interest and practice, and He has also completed the CopyrightX course offered by Harvard University.
