About Speaker : Mr. Ketan is a Trade Marks Attorney and head of the Trade Marks division of the firm. He is an individual from the Bar Council of Gujarat, India. He holds a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in IPR and a Bachelor qualification in Commerce from the Gujarat University. He is experienced about all parts of Trade Marks law practices and manages disagreeable and non-antagonistic issues including clearance searches and counsel, filing an indictment of trademarks and additionally opposition appeals, licensing, and other trademark matters. He is also skilled at handling prosecution and litigation matters before the Trade Marks Registry and Appellate Board and counsels the clients on an extensive variety of issues on the IPR. He addresses the presentation identified with Trade Marks, Copyright, and Industrial Designs. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), and consistently attends the yearly meetings of INTA and ASEAN.
