About Speaker : He is working as Deputy Controller of Patents and Designs at the Intellectual Property Office, Dwarka New Delhi. He joined the Patent Office in the year 2002. Presently, He is posted in the IT division of the Indian Patent Office, Delhi and his present assignment include looking after the E- Filing of the Patents and Designs applications and electronic workflow of the processing of Patent and Designs applications. He is also looking after the International Preliminary Examination Authority (IPEA) at the Indian Patent Office which takes care of the International Preliminary Examination of PCT Applications. He was also associated with DRDO in Laser Science Centre at Delhi as a Research Associate in the area of High Power Lasers. He is graduated from AMU Aligarh with the Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. in Mechanical Engineering) and also has a degree in LL.M. in Business Law.
