About Speaker : Mr. Ram Prakash Yadav started his career in 1987, with a reputed Intellectual Property (IP) Law Firm, as an Advocate & Patent and Trade Mark Attorney and worked for more than 16 years with the Firm. He then served National Innovation Foundation (a society of DST, Govt. of India) as a National Coordinator – IPR. Subsequently, he worked with Intel Technology, India (a subsidiary of INTEL Inc. USA) as Patent Attorney for three years, an Indian MNC and lastly, Italian Embassy as Sr. Advisor –IPR for two years. He has thus earned an experience of about 30 years in the field of intellectual property rights (IPRs) practice. Mr. Yadav has obtained special training in Japan, as “IP Protection Lawyer” in the year 2011 and is an alumni of APIC / JIPII, Japan. His contribution towards IPR has been recognized by MHRD and AICTE, GOI, in the years 2018-19. He has travelled to various foreign countries including USA, Canada, China, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and Dubai, to assess viability of technologies, to be acquired by Indian companies, to provide opinions in respect of other cross border IP issues and also to deliver lectures on IPRs, Indian system. Mr. Yadav delivers lectures / talks, in the seminars / conferences organized by MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Min. of MSME, GOI), NRDC (National Research Development Corporation, a GOI’s undertaking), CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, DST, GOI), TIFAC (Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council, DST, GOI), CII (Confederation of Indian Industries), and educational institutions / Universities since 2010, regularly.
